Brian Josephson

Brian Josephson is a British physicist born on January 4, 1940, in Cardiff, United Kingdom. He holds British citizenship. Josephson was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge, and the University of Cambridge. He later went on to work with Brian Pippard as his doctoral advisor.

Professionally, Josephson is known for his work in the field of Physics. His groundbreaking work in the field has been recognized, most notably with the 1973 Nobel Prize in Physics.
