"Baran-Rapan" is not just six years of work, it's two eras. They were alternately headed by chefs Andrey Kolodyazhny and Valery Poryadin. Each of them put their own experience and vision of gastronomy into the kitchen, which complemented each other and made the restaurant the way you used to know it.
