Experimental Mechanical Plant LLC fulfills orders from such enterprises as Orenburggazprom OJSC, Orenburg Radiator OJSC, OGPP, YuUPK, Orenburg Heating Networks, etc.

The enterprise is a member of the "Chamber of Commerce and Industry" and in the near future - certification of the enterprise according to the international quality system "ISO".

About the plant

LLC "Experimental Mechanical Plant" was founded on September 1, 1990 on the basis of the workshops of the Oblmestprom. The main task of the plant was to provide the enterprises of the Orenburg local industry with the necessary products. With the advent of new forms of economic and economic activity, the plant began to expand the range of products and the scope of serviced enterprises.

Since that time, a large-scale restructuring of the plant began. Purchased new high-tech and high-precision equipment. Several new mechanical sections were created: turning, milling, gear-milling. At the same time, a locksmith shop was organized for the manufacture of non-standard products and the provision of services to the population (manufacturing of metal doors, gratings, fences, railings, awnings, etc., etc.).

In this regard, the personnel reorganization of the enterprise began. Highly qualified turners, milling machine operators, mechanical assembly fitters were invited to the plant. The strengthening of the engineering and technical staff began. More attention has been paid to the quality of products - a department of technical control has appeared.

Relations were established with major metal suppliers - Nosta, Omutninsky Metallurgical Plant, Steel Industrial Company, etc. connecting parts to pipelines (also working in an aggressive environment), etc.

Over time, Experimental Mechanical Plant LLC moved from the category of small workshops, where the composition of engineers and workers, in general, was no more than 12-15 people, and old, non-technological equipment, into a dynamically and steadily developing enterprise, with its own long-term strategy and planned labor organizations.

At the moment, the company employs more than 100 people, there is a competent coordination of the work of all departments, great attention is paid to certification and the quality of products, work on client relations is properly debugged, modern equipment is constantly purchased, the qualifications of employees are improved, and the system of employee motivation is debugged. The management of the plant also pays great attention to diversification.
