Olena Husachova

Jon Crowhurst works as a Director, Facilities at Atmosera, which is a Business Services company with an estimated 94 employees; and founded in 1995. Scott brings ahighly technical and hands-on leadership style that delivers quality, practical and innovative solutions to complex business and technical problems. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University, and one US Patent.

Mark is an IT industry veteran with over 20 years of experience. In his role, Mark is responsible for ensuring client success post-deployment of company solutions and services and will maintain close customer communications, proactively supporting new installations, and overseeing incident management. Prior to Atmosera, Mark served as director ofoperations for Pavelcomm where he led the technical account management team, developed client facing dashboards and reporting tools to enhance client satisfaction. Before Pavelcomm, Mark was the manager of network operations for RKON Technologies and also held the position of IT infrastructure manager for ClearEdge Power. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science with a focus in Management and Business Information Systems.

Doug has over 20 years’ experience as a trusted strategic advisor and consultant to high-growth companies and their private equity sponsors in the telecom, technology and business services sectors. He most recently was the Managing Partner and Founder of Tusten Advisors where he provided strategic consulting, M&A advisory and capital raisingservices to small and mid-size companies and PE firms across multiple industries. Previously, Doug held progressively more senior roles within TD Securities, the Investment Banking Division of the 2nd largest bank in Canada (TD Canada Trust) and sixth largest bank in the US (TD Bank). He personally advised on $8B+ of M&A assignments, completed $700M+ in private equity and mezzanine placements, financed $20B+ of senior loan and high yield bonds and participated in $7B+ of public equity issuances. Doug co-built two highly profitable TD Investment Banking product groups, Media, Telecom & Technology M&A and Equity Capital Markets.

Jon’s expertise is to take companies of Atmosera’s size and attributes to the next level of growth through a high degree of focus on clients and operational excellence. During his career, Jon has held senior executive positions at successful startups and Fortune 500 companies in the telecom, consumer packaged goods and energy industries. He has aMaster’s in Business Administration from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Willamette University.

Ellie Soleymani is a passionate marketing professional with over 13 years of experience in the marketing field in the B2B sector with a focus on the technology industry. She is a knowledgeable marketer with extensive experience in strategy and execution in all aspects of marketing, spanning demand generation, digital marketing, branding design, PR,advertising and social media. Previously, Ellie was the Director of Marketing at Mobile Labs, a leading cloud platform provider of mobile testing and secure device management based out of Atlanta, GA, where she helped to expand the company’s clientele in North America while contributing to the continued brand growth in the mobile and testing industries. Ellie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Major in Marketing, an Associate Degree in Business Communication and an Associate of Art with a Major in Graphic Design.

Sean has over 30 years’ experience in the Information Technology field, with a focus on information security best practices and compliance. He was most recently the Director of Infrastructure and Security for ESCO a global Steel manufacturer operating in a dozen countries across six continents. He brings extensive experience in management of leanteams of infrastructure and security professionals providing a reliable and secure environment across a wide range of regulatory and legal frameworks. Previously, Sean has held progressively more senior roles within Gogo Air, providing security advisory and design for all the commercial wireless services, DDB/Omnicom, a worldwide marketing communications firm, as well as financial institutions, and national retail chains.

He is responsible for overall company strategy and executive oversight of the revenue producing lines of business. Todd is also the Microsoft Regional Director for Atlanta, and works extensively withMicrosoft in various forums and capacities. Prior to Wintellect, Todd worked as Managing Director at RDA Corporation; as Software Manager for the Naval Research Lab's Special Projects group of the Tactical Electronic Warfare division in Washington, D.C. where he led the software design and management of radar receiver systems; and in experimental physics at the University of Maryland's Charged Particle Beam Lab, publishing over half a dozen scientific papers in such journals as the Review of Scientific Instruments and the Bulletin of American Physics.
