
The national holding company Uzbekneftegaz (Uzbek: "Oʻzbekneftegaz" MXK, Russian: НХК "Узбекнефтегаз") is a state-owned holding company of Uzbekistan's oil and gas industry.
On May 3, 1992, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov "On the formation of the Uzbek State Concern of the Oil and Gas Industry "Uzbekneftegaz"was signed.
On December 23, 1992, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the transformation of the Uzbek State Concern of the Oil and Gas Industry into the National Corporation of the Oil and Gas Industry "Uzbekneftegaz"was issued.
On December 11, 1998, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. UP-2154 "On the transformation of the National Corporation of the Oil and Gas Industry" Uzbekneftegaz "into the National Holding Company" Uzbekneftegaz " was signed, and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 523 "On the organization and activities of the National Holding Company "Uzbekneftegaz" came into force.
Uzbekineftegaz leads a consortium of Korea National Oil Corporation, China National Petroleum Corporation and Lukoil exploring and developing gas condensate fields in the Aral Sea. In February 2008, Uzbekneftegaz and consortium led by the Korea Gas Corporation established the joint venture Uz-Kor Gas Chemical to develop the Surgil gas field, containing about 133 billion cubic metres (4.7 trillion cubic feet) of natural gas, and build the Ustyurt gas-chemical complex. It will produce 4 billion cubic metres (140 billion cubic feet) of gas per year and about 500,000 tons per year of plastics as well as 100,000 tons of petrol which is derived as a bi-product in the process.
Together with another Korean company, Korea National Oil Corporation, Uzbekneftegaz explores Namangan-Tergachi and Chust-Pap oil fields in eastern Uzbekistan. In August 2008, Uzbekneftegas signed a cooperation agreement with Petrovietnam. It also cooperates with Lukoil in the Kandym-Khausak-Shady-Kungrad project to develop several natural gas fields in Uzbekistan.
Uzbekneftegaz together with China National Petroleum Corporation owns and operates the Uzbek section of the Central Asia–China gas pipeline. They also have a joint venture for developing the Mingbulak oilfield.
Together with Sasol and Petronas, Uzbekneftegaz develops Uzbekistan GTL, a gas-to-liquids (GTL) project
In addition, Uzbekneftegaz has a production sharing agreement with Gazprom on gas exploration, joint ventures with Prista Oil on motor oil and lubricants production, and with Ariston Thermo on heating boilers production.

Collegium Civitas is a private university for the social sciences located in Warsaw, the capital of Poland. It is open to new inventions in higher education: interdisciplinary approaches, closer lecturer-student relations, study abroad programs, internships, and the encouragement and supervision of individual student research projects.
HISTORY
Collegium Civitas was the first non-public university to welcome on-board foreign students in 1997.
It was established under the auspices of five Institutes of the Polish Academy of Sciences (Political Studies, Philosophy and Sociology, History, History of Art, and Slavic Studies) in 1997,[1][2] and has relied extensively upon the teaching and research traditions of these institutions. Collegium Civitas was the first non-public university in Poland to welcome foreign students, which it did in 1997.
As of 2021, the Rector was Stanisław Mocek, the President was Jadwiga Koralewicz, and the Chancellor was Magdalena Wypych
During the last 20 years, Collegium Civitas has hosted a number of high-ranking scholars, both Polish and international, teaching a diverse range of courses.
The mission of Collegium Civitas is to create a dynamic and stimulating multigenerational and international academic environment in order to educate and nurture future leaders both in Poland and abroad; leaders in civil society, in business and the economy, in politics and the media and many other fields.
