Pison returned to The World Bank in September 2013 as a Sustainable Transport Specialist. Leading a team across three countries, he prioritized the delivery of ESG-compliant policies and projects. Pison advocated for the incorporation of ESG principles into national investment strategies and contractors' risk assessment processes. His work aimed to promote sustainable growth, resilience, and inclusive development in various regions.
From September 2017 to November 2019, as a Senior Green Infrastructure Specialist at the World Bank, Pison oversaw infrastructure projects in the Western Balkans region. He managed projects valued at approximately $500 million and provided strategic counsel to country ministers on sustainable transport planning, decarbonization, and trade facilitation. Kipman was born in Curitiba in 1977. Growing up as the son of a diplomat, he had the opportunity to live in various countries around the world. His early exposure to technology, particularly playing with his Atari 2600 console, sparked his interest in software engineering.
Kipman pursued a degree in software engineering at the Rochester Institute of Technology and graduated in 2001.
In 2001, Kipman joined Microsoft as a software engineer in Redmond, Washington. He made contributions to the development of Microsoft's integrated development environment (IDE) Visual Studio and the Vista operating system.
Kipman transitioned to hardware development at Microsoft and led a team in creating the Kinect, a 3D camera that integrated with the Xbox gaming system. The Kinect's motion tracking capabilities allowed players to control games using their body movements, achieving commercial success.
Kipman also played a role in the development of Microsoft HoloLens, an augmented reality headset that brought holograms to the Windows platform. This device opened up possibilities in various fields, including engineering, communications, and healthcare.

Tim Lohmar was born in St. Louis, Missouri, and grew up in St. Charles County. He attended Francis Howell High School and later earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Lohmar then earned his Juris Doctorate from St. Louis University School of Law in 1995.
After law school, Lohmar began his career as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in St. Charles County. He worked in this position from 1995 to 2000, handling a variety of cases ranging from misdemeanors to felonies. In 2000, he left the prosecutor's office to join the law firm of Bryan Cave, where he focused on civil litigation.
In 2006, Lohmar returned to the St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney's Office as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney. He was eventually promoted to Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, where he oversaw the office's day-to-day operations. In 2010, he announced his candidacy for Prosecuting Attorney and won the election in November of that year. He was re-elected in 2014 and 2018.
As Prosecuting Attorney, Lohmar has been known for his tough stance on crime, particularly drug offenses. He has also focused on improving services for victims of crime and enhancing communication and collaboration among law enforcement agencies.
