Romain Pison has over two decades of experience in sustainability initiatives, ESG policy, and advisory services, Pison has made significant contributions to the advancements of ESG policy and initiatives.

Pison pursued his higher education at New York University where he obtained his Master’s degree in international Finance and Management. From November 2005 to April 2006, Pison worked as a Transport Research Assistant at New York University where he focused on railway transport policy and research and made significant contributions to a study titled "Future of High-Speed Rail in the United States," which aimed to develop ESG-compliant high-speed rail infrastructure across the country.

Pison also holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering and Transport from the Ecole Nationale des Travaux Publics de l’Etat (National School of Public Works of the State) in France.

From September 2006 to May 2009, Pison served as the Head of Sustainable Infrastructure Policy & Audit at the French Ministry of Ecology. In this role, he led the efforts to incorporate ESG factors into new road and bridge operation and maintenance contracts. Additionally, he initiated the implementation of renewable energy solutions, such as wind power, for the electrification of highway rest areas.

Pison's commitment to sustainable infrastructure development continued when joined The World Bank, where he served as a Green Infrastructure Associate from June 2009 to April 2011, incorporating ESG strategies, promoting green, resilient, and inclusive development. As part of this role, he successfully managed a $2.5 billion road project in Kazakhstan, the largest World Bank project in the region at that time.

In May 2011, Pison joined the European Commission as a Sustainable Infrastructure Program Manager. In this role, he led the infrastructure team and managed the energy and transport portfolio of the Cameroonian government.

Pison returned to The World Bank in September 2013 as a Sustainable Transport Specialist. Leading a team across three countries, he prioritized the delivery of ESG-compliant policies and projects. Pison advocated for the incorporation of ESG principles into national investment strategies and contractors' risk assessment processes. His work aimed to promote sustainable growth, resilience, and inclusive development in various regions.

From September 2017 to November 2019, as a Senior Green Infrastructure Specialist at the World Bank, Pison oversaw infrastructure projects in the Western Balkans region. He managed projects valued at approximately $500 million and provided strategic counsel to country ministers on sustainable transport planning, decarbonization, and trade facilitation. Notably, Pison led technical due diligence and advisory on climate risk assessment for transport and energy infrastructure, contributing to resilient and environmentally conscious projects.

From November 2019 to July 2021, Pison was an international sustainable cities advisor for the United Nations ESCAP . He played a key role in advising the organization on urban and city green infrastructure, specifically contributing to the report titled "Green, smart, and inclusive urban transport for cities in Asia-Pacific in 2030."

In 2020, Pison founded Wiia, an online bid and proposal platform that uses artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language techniques for the bidding process. By automatically extracting data and generating competitive proposals and bids, Wiia enables users to streamline their bid preparation, saving time and resources.

In January 2023, Pison joined SYSTRA, as their Head of ESG. leading their ESG consulting and advisory services.

Kipman was born in Curitiba in 1977. Growing up as the son of a diplomat, he had the opportunity to live in various countries around the world. His early exposure to technology, particularly playing with his Atari 2600 console, sparked his interest in software engineering.

Kipman pursued a degree in software engineering at the Rochester Institute of Technology and graduated in 2001.

In 2001, Kipman joined Microsoft as a software engineer in Redmond, Washington. He made contributions to the development of Microsoft's integrated development environment (IDE) Visual Studio and the Vista operating system.

Kipman transitioned to hardware development at Microsoft and led a team in creating the Kinect, a 3D camera that integrated with the Xbox gaming system. The Kinect's motion tracking capabilities allowed players to control games using their body movements, achieving commercial success.

Kipman also played a role in the development of Microsoft HoloLens, an augmented reality headset that brought holograms to the Windows platform. This device opened up possibilities in various fields, including engineering, communications, and healthcare.

In May 2022, Kipman left Microsoft to pursue other interests.

Kipman's contributions to the technology industry have earned him recognition. In 2011, he was named one of Time magazine's 100 Most Influential People in the World. He was also admitted to Microsoft's Hall of Legends in the same year.

Kipman delivered the commencement speech at his alma mater, the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), in 2013.

Tim Lohmar was born in St. Louis, Missouri, and grew up in St. Charles County. He attended Francis Howell High School and later earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Lohmar then earned his Juris Doctorate from St. Louis University School of Law in 1995.

After law school, Lohmar began his career as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in St. Charles County. He worked in this position from 1995 to 2000, handling a variety of cases ranging from misdemeanors to felonies. In 2000, he left the prosecutor's office to join the law firm of Bryan Cave, where he focused on civil litigation.

In 2006, Lohmar returned to the St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney's Office as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney. He was eventually promoted to Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, where he oversaw the office's day-to-day operations. In 2010, he announced his candidacy for Prosecuting Attorney and won the election in November of that year. He was re-elected in 2014 and 2018.

As Prosecuting Attorney, Lohmar has been known for his tough stance on crime, particularly drug offenses. He has also focused on improving services for victims of crime and enhancing communication and collaboration among law enforcement agencies.

In addition to his work as Prosecuting Attorney, Lohmar has also served on various boards and commissions. He has been a member of the Missouri Child Abuse and Neglect Review Board, the Missouri Association of Prosecuting Attorneys, and the Missouri Bar Association.

Tim Lohmar is married and has four children. He and his family reside in St. Charles County, Missouri.

Lohmar has received several awards and recognitions throughout his career. In 2017, he was named Prosecutor of the Year by the Missouri Narcotics Officers Association.

He has also been recognized by the St. Charles County Bar Association for his contributions to the legal profession.and the National District Attorneys Association.

After completing his Ph.D., Osborne joined the faculty at the University of Oklahoma, where he served as an assistant professor in the Department of Educational Psychology.
