Kyokushinkai style, like many and many of the martial arts found in dogi, which differ from the meanings of wider and sleeves - approximately to the elbows or slightly lower. Such a cover is often called the Oyama style cut, it is also characteristic of styles derived from kyokushinkai (ashihara karate, kudo, seidokai, enshin). Dogs and belts have stripes, due to a particular federation and school. But, as a rule, for all characters, a school patch in the form of Kyokushin calligraphy on the left side of the chest.

Kyokushinkai ("society of the highest truth"), also or Kyokushin (Japanese: "highest truth"), is a style of karate founded by Masutatsu Oyama in the 1950s. Kyokushinkai is considered one of the most difficult and hardest varieties of karate
On behalf of IFK, on the basis of the Russian national organization, the Euro-Asian Committee (EAC) was created, representing IFK in the territory of the former USSR. It was headed by S. Stepanov (now 5 dan Kyokushin-kan). The Committee existed until 1998, having held 6 international class "A" tournaments during this time. The Kyokushinkai style was created in opposition to the many non-contact schools and the very principle of "no-contact karate". Demonstrating to the world the power of real karate, Kyokushin gradually gained popularity in many countries, and later formed the basis of a number of other contact styles of karate.
For the founder of Kyokushinkai, Masutatsu Oyama, the meaning of his whole ascetic life was the revival of karate as a martial art. Proclaiming the ideal of budo karate, Oyama resolutely separated the entire system of military education and practice from sports, following the military traditions of Japan and the spirit of bushido. However, the revival of karate as a budo (military art) was combined with its mass propaganda as "karate for millions", including far beyond the borders of Japan.
The "strongest karate" demonstrated its real power primarily on sports tatami, and the Kyokushin World Championships claimed the status of the "Olympic Games in Karate". The development of the Kyokushinkai style in many countries turned out to be associated with sports organizations and the Olympic movement, martial arts and methods of sports training far from the education of warriors.
For half a century of the existence of Kyokushinkai karate, it has firmly established itself among martial arts, naturally changing both goal-setting, and orientation, and the training system of fighters. The consequence of these changes was the rapid development of this sport and impressive sporting achievements.
Kyokushinkai Karate is an extremely spectacular sport. Sports fights (kumite) are held in full contact without protective equipment (helmets, gloves, protectors). The only restriction is the prohibition of blows to the head with hands. Full-contact fights, full of high kicks and powerful punches, invariably attract a large number of spectators to Kyokushin karate competitions.
Karate Kyokushinkai in Russia:
The founder of Kyokushin karate in the USSR is A. I. Tanyushkin (now 7th dan). While in Poland on a business trip, Tanyushkin met Andrzej Drewniak in Krakow and began to practice karate with him. After some time, having learned about the existence of Kyokushinkai style karate, Tanyushkin and Drewnyak wrote a letter to Masutatsu Oyama and, on his instructions, began to cooperate with the President of the European Kyokushinkai Organization, Luke Hollander. He opened the first section of Kyokushinkai in the USSR in Moscow in 1973. By the end of the 1970s, a school had formed in the country with representatives in all major regions. After the almost 10-year ban on karate was lifted in 1989, the Kyokushinkai Federation of the USSR appeared. Its founder was Alexander Tanyushkin. The creation of such a federation was a huge step forward for the development of martial arts in the USSR.
During the period of work of the national organization, Kyokushinkai karate entered the country's sports classification system as an official sport (1990), and development reached the international level. In 1993, the Kyokushinkai Federation of Russia was one of the first to join the new International Karate Federation (IFK), headed by Hanshi Steve Arneil (-10 dan).On behalf of IFK, on the basis of the Russian national organization, the Euro-Asian Committee (EAC) was created, representing IFK in the territory of the former USSR. It was headed by S. Stepanov (now 5 dan Kyokushin-kan). The Committee existed until 1998, having held 6 international class "A" tournaments during this time.

Tabata Protocol workout. If you describe the Tabata system in a few words, you can say - a lot of pulls in a short time
The effectiveness of the Tabata protocol:
Continuous practice of the Tabata protocol can significantly increase the body's anaerobic and aerobic endurance, that is, increase the maximum amount of oxygen consumed during training or any physical activity. Maximum anaerobic capacity also means the maximum amount of energy that can be obtained by the body in the absence of oxygen. This anaerobic energy is produced by burning carbohydrates in the absence of oxygen in the blood.
Dr. Tabata's research showed that if you exercised according to his method five days a week for six weeks, you can increase the body's aerobic endurance by 14 percent, and increase its anaerobic capacity by 28 percent. Both provide a significant increase in the overall endurance of the body.
А team of researchers led by Porcari and Talisa Embert used the Tabata Protocol to develop a 20-minute no-weight-bearing exercise program consisting of push-ups, scissor squats, box jumps, burpees, jump rope, overhead clapping jumps and others. The study showed that, on average, during Tabata training, the maximum heart rate of the subjects was 86% (84 - 88%), and VO2max - 74% (67 - 81%). Both measures met or exceeded industry recommendations for improved cardiovascular fitness and body composition. In terms of energy expenditure, the 16 subjects expended 240-360 kcal while exercising, with an average of 15 kcal per minute. Once again, Tabata reached the current recommendations for energy expenditure for improved health and weight loss. On average, the subjects perceived Tabata as an extremely difficult load, IVN was 15.4 (“hard”). In addition, an average blood lactate level of 12.1 mmol/L during the sessions showed that the subjects were working well above their lactate threshold.
However, given the intensity of Tabata training, the average untrained person needs to be very careful with this type of exercise. According to Porcari, “working so hard is potentially dangerous. Before trying Tabata, people probably need to have a fairly decent level of fitness."
Еxercises from the Tabata protocol can be performed using cardio equipment, barbells, resistance bands, and fitballs - large balls for gymnastic exercises. And you can train without the use of additional equipment. Any form of exercise that allows you to train at Tabata intervals will do.
Research:
A team of researchers led by Porcari and Talisa Embert used the Tabata Protocol to develop a 20-minute no-weight-bearing exercise program consisting of push-ups, scissor squats, box jumps, burpees, jump rope, and overhead clapping jumps. and others. Then 16 healthy volunteers, men and women with an average and high level of fitness, aged 20-47 years, were recruited. All subjects were tested on a treadmill to determine their maximum heart rate and VO2max, with perceived exertion index (PLI) measured before and after the test on the Borg scale from 6 to 20. After that, they practiced the Tabata procedure until Embert approved the performance of each of the exercises. Upon readiness, each subject did a 5-minute warm-up, and after it - four rounds of Tabata (8 repetitions of 20 s - work, 10 s - rest) with a rest of 1 minute between circles and a hitch of 10 minutes. During the 20-second phase of high-intensity exercise, people performed as many reps as possible. Heart rate was monitored continuously and lactate was assessed from fingerstick blood samples after each 4-minute lap. IVN was also assessed every 4 minutes. In total, subjects completed two 20-minute Tabata workouts.
RESULTS:
Immediately after the experimental loads, the researchers summarized the data (Table 2).
Conclusion:
If you work hard enough, even for four minutes, you can actually improve your cardiovascular fitness. By completing the entire 20-minute workout, you will achieve much better results.
However, given the intensity of Tabata training, the average untrained person needs to be very careful with this type of exercise. Before trying Tabata, people probably need to have a fairly decent level of fitness.

What is a bridge?
“A blockchain bridge is a connection that allows the transfer of tokens and/or arbitrary data from one chain to another. Both chains can have different protocols, rules and governance models, but the bridge provides a compatible way to interoperate securely on both sides.”
Why are these so important?
“Public blockchains, including the two most popular — Ethereum and Bitcoin — are digital ledgers visible to all. But while all on-chain data is transparent, a blockchain’s infrastructure serves a self-contained ecosystem. By design, blockchains are siloed, and for good reason: To maintain the consensus that underpins the security and accuracy of a shared ledger, only miners who meticulously follow the rules of each network are allowed to verify and write transactions to the blockchain.
The system is incredibly effective, but the siloed nature of blockchains is arguably stunting DeFi progress, locking DeFi users into a single network when the blockchain space as a whole offers a world of functionality and opportunities. At a time when the Lego-like composability of decentralized finance applications (dapps) is changing the face of financial services, it’s more important than ever for independent blockchains to “communicate” with another.
While comprehensive cross-chain infrastructure solutions, such as Polkadot, Cosmos, and Avalanche, are gaining popularity, many users simply want to move digital assets from one chain to another and use dapps and other services more efficiently.
Enter blockchain bridges.”
So how will the Liquidus bridge work?
First of all, head over to https://farm.liquidus.finance and click on the ‘Bridge’ button you’ll find in the top right corner.
Click the box under ‘Receive on’ and choose the chain you would like to bridge to. Once you have done this, press ‘continue.’
From here, the following screen will appear. Providing your wallet is connected on the relevant mainnet, all you need to do is enter the amount of LIQ you would like to transfer. Please remember the minimum that can be transferred is 3.24 and you’ll need to consider fees also. The maximum transfer is 1,620,000 and fees will be 0.1%.
If you’re happy with everything, click ‘Transfer LIQ’ and confirm the transaction on your chosen wallet provider.
Will the bridge be available on the app?
Absolutely! Of course the screen layout on mobile is different to that of computers, but aside from the small difference in user interface (the way it looks), the functionality will render the same.
