SwanDAO

SwanDAO is a decentralized hedge fund that crowdsources trading strategies, which are in turn incubated and tested in SwanDAO's "Hatchery" before being promoted to the "Swan Lakes," which are the active hedge fund pools. Interested parties can browse different available Swan Lakes, compare historical performance, and select which trading strategy they would like to invest in. This includes market-neutral trading strategies to add diversity to a portfolio to ensure the cash reserves of an investor are available when they need them and to reduce the volatility of their investments.

The Hatchery is where SwanDAO incubates, tests, and eventually promotes trading strategies. This model uses an end-to-end flow, where traders or modelers connect to the Swan API for testing and building their strategies. These models are incubated in the hatchery before being voted on by members of the DAO. The models yielding the highest number of votes are then promoted to Swan Lakes, where modelers earn compensation as a percentage of the profits made in the Swan Lake.

Swan Lakes are market-neutral, low-risk arbitrage strategies for the cryptocurrency community to invest in. These strategies are intended to allow investors to diversify their cryptocurrency investments in order to protect them from market downturns and market volatility. Profits from Swan Lakes are distributed into three key areas: the Treasury, Modeler, and Bevy. The Treasury reinvests profits into diversified lakes, and the remaining profits are paid to both the Modeler and the Bevy.
