Giddy was co-founded by a team of engineers with decades of cryptography, security, product, and mobile experience. Giddy began in early 2021 as a system for teaching people how to manually get into the DeFi space and invest in good projects while using best practices to keep funds safe. We helped a lot of people but the process didn’t scale, limiting our ultimate vision of democratizing access to DeFi for everyone. We created the Giddy app to provide safe and easy DeFi access to the masses, allowing everyone to benefit from the next evolution of blockchain and crypto technology.
