Loop Finance is a project built on Terra and includes 2 main products: Loop AMM and Loop Wallet: Loop AMM: It has the same AMM model with Uniswap on Ethereum and Terraswap on Terra. Users provide liquidity and earn rewards from a share of transaction fees.

A DEX like Loop is part of this technology - built totally on the blockchain. You retain control of your cryptocurrencies at all times - They're stored in your wallet (the TerraStation extension) which means you can never get banned or blocked and never lose access to your assets.

Loop Finance is the first decentralized exchange on the Terra blockchain with incentivized liquidity pools.

LOOP is the native utility token that is used for:

LOOP Protocol launched its token on August 11, 2021 with 1 billion LOOP tokens created at genesis. The tokens will be distributed over a 5 year period: 29% in the first year, 29% in the second year, 22% in the third year, 10% in the fourth year, and 10% in the fifth year.
