As an advisor, he’s known for being fair to all parties, seeking out win-wins whenever possible while coaching clients toward the best possible resolution for them. 

After having completed more than 50 valuations and independent expert reports (totaling more than $25 billion), he’s comfortable working with even the most complex of mergers. Having taken the helm of sales in countries like Croatia and Papua New Guinea, he’s amassed the kind of global expertise that makes him invaluable across a variety of transactions. 

Prior to beginning his own company, he worked at EY in South Australia and Northern Territory. As a Managing Partner and the leader of the Transactions Authority division, he proved to have a keen insight into the details that make or break anything from a divestment to the due diligence process. His unparalleled business strategies have made it easier for companies to make big transitions. 

Don Manifold is familiar with a number of industries, including agriculture, IT, retail, and consumer goods. He has worked in London, Sydney, and Melbourne, and developed a strong understanding of international regulations and restrictions. Manifold has a degree in economics and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
