Effa egbe(born 1992,7 june in Cross river State), better known by his stage name Effa de parrot is a Nigerian comedian and actor, a coputer guru. He has organized popular stand-up comedy concerts like "the adventure of Effa de parrot" across the Ssate.

Effa completed his primary and secondary school education in Ajassor (Etung local goverment of Cross river state) and then moved on to pursue a degree at the University of Calabar where he studied computer and anthropology.
