Acquired The Willow Group, Inc. becoming Improving – Twin Cities. The Willow Group’s service offerings focus on delivering critical information systems and business process improvements in two major vertical markets – financial services and healthcare.
December 2013
Acquired Quadrus Development, Inc., which became Improving – Calgary. The merger significantly strengthened the breadth and depth of technical consulting services, business intelligence and data services, and training offerings that are now be leveraged across local and international markets.
September 2012
Merged with Alphaware Training Center of Houston. In addition to expanding the company’s national presence in the Southwest United States, Improving – Houston has capitalized on established professional relationships and maximized existing sales and marketing, resulting in an increase in overall revenues.

Acquired Columbus-based The Sophic Group, Inc., which became Improving – Columbus, and expanded the company’s reach into the Midwest United States. The companies’ service offerings were very closely aligned, with a focus on Agile, Microsoft (.Net), and Java application development services.
