Z-Cube

Z-Cube is a Bresso, Italy based venture capital firm. A division of Zambon Pharmaceuticals, Zcube works to strategically invest in, develop and commercialize novel drug delivery systems in different therapeutic fields and in translational medicine.

Z-Cube includes their Zcare division which is devoted to use technology to deliver better value based health care results for patients and caregivers. They focus on chronic respiratory and CNS diseases to improve continuity of care, and work with doctors, nurses and healthcare professionals to increase information sharing, patient empowerment and closed loop servicing.

Another division of Z-Cube is the Open Accelerator. The Open Accelerator program is oriented towards identifying and accelerating new ideas or projects in the Italian business environment. The program lasts twelve weeks and have a chance to receive an initial investment of up to €100,000 and free office space. Open Accelerator looks for projects with strategic importance to Zambon's overall business.

Z-Cube has made investments in SuppreMol, ProtAffin Biotechnologie and PharmEste. They exited their investment in SuppreMol.
