Vipnet is a mobile network operator and telecommunications company based in Zagreb, Croatia. Founded on July 1, 1999, Vipnet operates as a joint-stock company and is a subsidiary of Telekom Austria. The CEO of Vipnet is Panayot Panayotov, who is also one of the key people within the company.
