Vigen Khachatryan

Born July 7, 1951 in Ijevan.1973 - Graduated from the Faculty of Technical Cybernetics of YSI. Electrical engineer.1974 -1976 - Head of the Organizational Department of the Lenin District Committee of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League of Yerevan, second, then first secretary of the Lenin District Committee of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League of Yerevan. 1976 -1984 - First Secretary of the Yerevan City Committee of the AULYCL.1984 - 1986 - Secretary of the party committee of the SPU (Scientific Production Union) “Armelectrocar.”1986 - 1988 - Inspector of the organizational department of the CPA (Communist Party of Armenia).
