Transcend Information, Inc. - is a Taiwanese company that manufactures RAM modules, solid-state drives, flash memory storage devices, external hard drives, digital players and other multimedia devices and accessories.

The company was founded in 1988 by Peter Shu Chunwan (束崇萬). It is headquartered in Taipei, the capital of Taiwan. The company has offices in Japan, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, the United States, Hong Kong, China.

Transcend claims a limited lifetime warranty on memory modules, SD/MMC/CF memory cards, and JetFlash line flash drives (with some exceptions).
