Founded in 2021, TIERRA META consists of real estate professionals from various backgrounds. Based on our long-term observations of the global real estate market, we now want to take the lead in the upcoming changes in the real estate investment market. We will be providing variety of real estate investment opportunities through blockchain technology.

Asset Tokenization

Each real estate project will be issued with different amount of NFT in different values. NFT maybe valued corresponding to the property value or differently. Investors can buy as many fractions of NFTs they want.

The fractionized property tokens, ‘TIERRA NFT’ will be owned and carried by the investors at all times and can be traded at any moment.

Unlike traditional real estate purchases, NFT purchases will be digital and can be traded at any moment though our platform. All purchases and transactions will be made instantly through blockchain.

All NFT purchases will be executed through smart contract and recorded on the public blockchain ledger that all transactions can be checked and be assured.

All the contracts made with Partners and TIERRA META will use digital signature system that allows quick, safe, and assure for our investors.

This is an experimental project to use NFT and blockchain technology to crowdfund for property acquisition and for real estate development. NFT holders can become participants of particular real estate project through TIERRA META.

We expect TIERRA DAOs to create more decentralized TIERRA community. Blockchain based contract will keep up the record of every individual holding of their shares and the voting will allow all participants to decide whether to agree on the specific proposals. DAO community may collide with many options but ultimately meet the consensus for the most effective and profitable solution.

TIERRA NFT owners will have equivalent ownership rights to the stake of the particular real estate. The token can represent different types of ownership depending on the real estate projects. TIERRA NFT issued on the platform will be carefully reviewed and verified by the TIERRA META’s real estate experts, the Tierra Alliance.

TIERRA META will provide multi wallet service in order for users to easily swap their cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin ,Ethereum, USDC to TIERRA Token(TRMT) within the platform. Users will also be able to easily store and manage their NFT through the multi wallet.
