TiMi Studio Group, a subsidiary of Tencent Games, is a video game development company headquartered in Shenzhen, China, with development team offices located in Shanghai and Chengdu, China. TiMi Studio Group also has teams in North America with office locations in Los Angeles, Montreal, and Seattle.
TiMi was founded in 2008 as Jade Studio. In 2014, the studio merged with two other studios, Shanghai-based Tianmeiyiyou Studio and Chengdu-based Wolong Studio, and was renamed TiMi Studio Group. TiMi comprises several development divisions with game development expertise in different categories for PC, mobile, and Nintendo Switch. In 2020, TiMi generated a reported revenue of $10 billion, making it the world's largest game developer.

Originally known as QQ speed and launched in 2008 as Jade Studio's debut in the Chinese PC gaming market, Speed Drifters is a kart-racing franchise. In July 2019, the game registered 700 million users on PC and mobile since its release and over 200 active million mobile users.
Launched in 2015 as TiMi Studio Group's first mobile game, Honor of Kings is a multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) game inspired by League of Legends for Android and iOs platforms. In November 2020, Tencent announced that the game had crossed 100 million daily active users, making it the most popular game in China and one of the highest-grossing games globally. The competitive social battle game has been so successful that it has had significant influence on Chinese popular and social culture. In 2021, Honor of Kings became the first mobile game to break over $10 billion in player spending.
Launched in 2016, Arena of Valor is a 5v5 mobile MOBA roleplaying action game for Android and iOS platforms and an adaptation of Honor of Kings. In October 2021, the game had a community of 200 million registered players.
Launched in 2017, Contra Returns is a two-player mobile action game, and a reboot of the Contra Series utilizing 3D engine technology and upgraded visual effects for Android and iOS platforms. Contra Returns was developed in partnership with KONAMI. An English version of the game was released in 2018 in Southeast Asian countries and a worldwide (North America, Latin America and Europe) Beta version was released in 2021.
TiMi Studio Group developed Call of Duty: Mobile in partnership with Activision and launched the game in 2019. Call of Duty: Mobile is a multiplayer video game for Android and iOS platforms, featuring maps, characters, and weapons from across the Call of Duty franchise. It was named Best Mobile Game at the Game Awards 2019. In 2021, Call of Duty: Mobile crossed 500 million downloads and reached $1 billion in player spending.
In September 2021, TiMi Studio Group launched Pokémon UNITE, a 5v5 multiplayer online arena, roleplaying, and strategy action game for Nintendo Switch, Android, and iOS platforms, in partnership with The Pokémon Company. In the month of its release, Pokémon UNITE was the most downloaded game worldwide, with over 33 million downloads.
TiMi Studio Group has collaborated to create games with other development teams, including The Pokémon Company, Tencent Games, Masami Kurumada, KONAMI, and SNK.
In 2021, Timi Studio Group joined the Playing for the Planet initiative, a United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) program to battle climate change. The initiative is a collective effort by the gaming industry to decarbonize and integrate environmental activations into video games.
