Thinkful is a Brooklyn-based software company that has created a platform for adults to learn software design, product design, data analytics, data science. The company states that it offers its students one-on-one mentoring, living stipends, career coaching, and networking connections.

There is a five step process to enroll in a program on Thinkful, including an online application, interview, financing preparation, preparation for the technology evaluation, and the technology evaluation itself.

When students are enrolled in their program, they will receive a mentor. This mentor aids in structuring a study and course plan. For six months following the completion of the course, the student has access to a career coach who develops the student's networking and interviewing skills. Students also have a program manager who can aid with any issues that should arise.

The aforementioned programs vary in length of time from five to seven months, depending on the study availability of the student. The prices of the programs also vary and there are options for payment plans.

In 2018, Thinkful's estimated net revenue was $14 million.
