The WinkyVerse is an educational platform combining robotics, AI, programming, gaming, augmented reality, and blockchain. It is a 3D open environment where players can create and put up their educational games and creations for sale. The games for children and adults focus on history, sports, and general entertainment.
The WinkyVerse’s parent company, MainBot, was established in 2017 at the Ecole Polytechnique, an engineering school in France. Mainbot's aim was to utilize modern technology to enhance the education of youngsters. Its initial iteration, Winky, was designed to introduce children to technologies like AI, robotics, and programming, and also offers memory, attention, and skill improvement activities.
The platform will release a series of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) in batches to kick off the project. The WinkyVerse NFT holders can get different perks, like a $WNK airdrop, ETH, and NFT raffles. The WinkyVerse native token is $WNK, and it provides a suite of utilities. Users can pay an admission fee to get access to The WinkyVerse, and players will be able to buy in-game items and customize avatars. Holders of $WNK gain access to features premium games and more.
