TCP Venture Capital

TCP Venture Capital is a venture capital firm headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland. It was founded in November 2012 by Christopher College and Stuart Sutley. It makes early stage capital investments in Baltimore based technology companies.

In 2012, TCP launched the Baltimore Propel Fund I. The company operates the Propel Baltimore II fund which closed in 2015 at $15 million. The aim of both Propel I and Propel II is increase the number of technology companies located in Baltimore and make the city a destination for high-paying tech employers by investing in promising companies willing to be headquartered or relocate to the city.
