Stanislav Huseynovich Khankishiev, better known as Stalic Khankishiev , is a celebrity chef, photographer, and cooking writer born in Uzbekistan. He has become well known in the Russian Federation as a result of television appearances and books. He is particularly associated with Central Asian cuisine, but has also popularized dishes from the Caucasus, the Balkans, and Slavic countries.
He was born and lived for 44 years in the Uzbek city of Fergana. He started cooking at about the age of 16, as a student at the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys. He was expelled for unclear reasons after the third semester, as Stanislav studied satisfactorily and did not differ in behavior from the rest of the students. Without graduating from the institute, he returned to his homeland. He entered the Fergana Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering and also did not finish it. He organized a recording studio, which he left in the early 1990s. Engaged in the sale of household appliances. In September 2000, he began posting materials on Uzbek cuisine on the Internet. Mastered photographing food. Based on previously published recordings , he published his first book in 2006 and soon moved to Moscow
In 2009-2019, he presented the culinary column "Kazan-barbecue" in the program "Summer cottage Answer" on the NTV channel. He hosted the program "Nezhenskoe delo" on the Amusement Park channel (2008-2009). Appeared on the channel "Telecafe" (2007). Participated in the "Dinner Party" on REN TV (December 20, 2006. He has repeatedly been a guest of programs on Echo of Moscow radio (2006-2011). On February 25, 2021, he presented his new project "Stalik Khankishiev: About delicious and healthy food. TV Almanac", the program began to be broadcast on the REN TV channel.
