Sorenson Ventures is a venture capital firm focused on companies developing innovations in the software and security sectors that is headquartered in Menlo Park, California and was founded in 2017 by Sorenson Capital. Sorenson Ventures leverages the analytic and operational capabilities of its parent company, Sorenson Capital, and is lead by Ken Elefant and RobRueckert. The firm also has an office in Utah.

Sorenson Ventures typically makes lead or co-leads investments worth up to $15 million over the lifetime of each investment.

On February 27, 2019 Sorenson Ventures announced closing their first investment fund with $110 million in capital. The managing director of Sorenson Ventures, Ken Elephant, made the following statement regarding the firms first venture fund:

Most of our founders are repeat entrepreneurs with strong domain expertise. We believe we bring something different to the table, and as such, we've been fortunate to syndicate our initial investments with firms such as Lightspeed, Battery Ventures, Emergence, Accel and Greycroft, among many other high-quality firms. We're going to continue to invest in innovative software and security companies that have impressive intellectual property and management teams with the vision to execute.
