Established in 2018 with funding from Mikhail Prokhorov, Sensorium Corporation is the company overseeing the technological and business development of Sensorium Galaxy platform. The corporation supplies it with events and experiences through global content partnerships. Sensorium Galaxy is a digital Metaverse bringing together different conceptual worlds in a VR environment.It is being developed in partnership with artists, producers, and entertainment companies like Yann Pissenem, creator of Ushuaïa Ibiza and Hï Ibiza.

Sensorium Corporation’s focus is to ensure that the technological and strategic partnerships are directed toward making the virtual reality landscape more social. Since its inception, Sensorium has raised about $100 million in private investments.

Senso token is the currency used in the Sensorium Galaxy. The ERC20 SENSO token is behind all the value transactions inside Sensorium Galaxy, which went live in H1 2021. In 2019, the technology was displayed publicly at the Los Angeles Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3).
