Scroll Token is a blockchain-based data management, transfer, and storage platform powered by the utility cryptocurrency Scroll Token (SCRL) built on Ethereum. The company is a sub-organization of SoluTech and is headquartered in New Haven, Connecticut. Joseph Niklas, Khashab Khashab, Mia Sumra, Nathan Pitruzzello, and Samuel Opper founded Scroll Token on November 1, 2017.
The Scroll Token platform validates calls to the Scroll Network Domain through the peer to verified peer Hypernode consensus protocol. The Hypernode protocol encrypts all information stored on the Scroll network. It gives users access to their information through validating the user is an active node on the network and that user has the privilege (correct cryptographic key) to perform their desired actions such as inserting, downloading, or modifying their data.
From April 17, 2018 to June 14, 2018 selling approximately $1 million worth of their platforms SCRL utility cryptocurrency token.
