QUBIS is a Belfast, Northern Ireland based venture capital firm that specializes investing in the seed, startups and early stage rounds. The firm seeks to invest in the digital, green technology, life sciences, software, electronics and engineering sectors.

QUBIS Ltd was established in 1984 by The Queen's University of Belfast to commercialise the University's research and development activities through the formation of 'spin-out' businesses. Qubis Ltd is an investment vehicle, holding company which takes an equity holding in a new spin-out venture in return for an investment of cash and/or intellectual property. Qubis Ltd 'pulls through' appropriate research and development from the laboratory into the commercial market place.
