The Parcell Integrated CTK automates the process of efficiently provisioning items for aircraft maintenance tasks. Parcell proposes to develop an Integrated CTK to utilize machine learning and data from existing DAF maintenance information systems to automate the process of issuing tools and other items for aircraft maintenance task orders. The objective of this Phase I project is to validate the feasibility and potential impact of the Parcell Integrated CTK for an Air Force customer by analyzing user needs, identifying key requirements of the solution, and outlining integration requirements. The Parcell software platform is a streamlined tool to control access, log data, and notify relevant users about key events. Parcell is an existing solution seeking better understanding of modifications required to meet a military need. Parcell’s low system cost, low technical development risk, and easy implementation increase the potential to impact many Air Force/DoD organizations. Parcell brings a team rich in experience with backgrounds in venture capital, consumer electronics, sales, commercialization, product development, and Air Force maintenance expertise.
