Nuspace PTE. Ltd. is a developer of nano-satellites intended to provide internet-of-things connectivity and infrastructure. The company's nanosatellites are developed for internet of things (loT) applications, allowing ventures in the IoT space to experience IoT connectivity.
Nuspace offers the company's nanosatellites, developed by the company, which are the size of shoeboxes and able to offer comparable performance to larger satellite components. This includes the subsystems developed by the company and the payloads and related applications offered by the company.
The nanosatellites are composed of subsystems. These subsystems include a payload computer, which handles the interface demands of the payload, with general computing power and capable of being tailored for various nanosatellite applications; deployable solar panels which work to maximize solar collection for power generation; attitude determination and control systems (ADCS) which work to orient the nanosatellites while in orbit; and battery packs to provide power during periods where there is no sunlight.
The nanosatellites can carry various payloads based on the intended applications. These can be communication payloads or remote sensing payloads for industries such as aviation or maritime, either for communication services in those industries or for asset tracking.
Nuspace's satellites are intended to offer connectivity services that have a planned operational date in 2022, and beta trials available in late 2020.
Nuspace also provides customers with satellite engineering services, including offering customers providing technical expertise and project management services for one-off satellite builds for either various satellite missions or demonstration purposes.
