North Coast Ventures is a contributed capital and sidecar pre-seed investment fund on Ohio that focuses on early-stage technology investments. Founded 2006 in Cleveland, Ohio, United States by Claiborne Rankin and Todd Federman, this angel group invests in seed and early stage ventures. It usually funds venture rounds, Series A, seed, Series B, and Series C rounds. Its portfolio companies include GenomOncology, Axuall, TPA Stream, EmployStream, and Complion. North Coast Angel Fund (NCAF) is comprised of four contributed capital funds.
