NetExperience

NetExperience is a developer of a cloud platform that allows service providers to integrate WLAN controller and management capabilities into their back office. The platform, developed in accordance with the Telecom Infra Project's OpenWiFi architecture, the company's WLAN controller, management system, automation platform, analytics, and related functions are compatible with OpenWiFi hardware vendors and devices. NetExperience is a contributor and co-manager of the TIP open-source CloudSDK and Access Point software.

NetExperience provides an end-to-end software solution for TIP OpenWiFi, including access points and cloud software, sold either as a license or software-as-a-service to service providers or MSPs. NetExperience also offers professional services to help integrate and support Wi-Fi open-source software.

The Cloud Modular Application Platform, offered by NetExperience, is designed to optimize wireless operation by ensuring access points operate on the optimal channel, band, and by linking user devices to the best possible access point. Further, the platform allows providers to create profiles based on the type of venue or use case and ensures consistent settings for those profiles.

The platform also offers constant monitoring to ensure the quality of the experience, and self-diagnoses in the case of a detected issue in order to take appropriate action. NetExperience's cloud platform is also designed to make the troubleshooting of complex conditions easier, without requiring a site visit and without needing to simulate the issue.
