Quotes and statements

About his work in the campaign headquarters

According to Mikhail Fedorov, Zelensky's campaign, compared to other candidates, was budgetary. Approximately a quarter of a million dollars was allocated for digitalization .

The largest item of expenditure was targeted advertising, which briefly described the entire program of candidate Zelensky. In addition to Facebook and Instagram, the money went to advertising on YouTube and search advertising on Google.

On the use of bots in the election campaign

During the presidential campaign, according to Fedorov, three bot farms worked against the Zelensky team: from Ukraine, Turkey and Russia. Fedorov himself admits that his team did not use bots.

As the digital specialist notes, during his work not a single negative page was created, there were no black PR companies. Mikhail said that if someone can prove that Zelensky used bots in the campaign, then he agrees to leave his job forever.

Fedorov also spoke about Zelensky's anti-advertising. He said that it was impossible to fight against her. But you can force its creators to fork out. After all, every click on such anti-advertising inflicts losses on Zelensky's opponents . Therefore, Mikhail Fedorov urged to click on it as often as possible.

The success of Zelensky's digital company

As the specialist in computerization notes, a social mission was invented - the involvement of young people and the development of a political culture in them.

Thanks to the digitization of data, the habitually long process of recruiting volunteers as election observers has been accelerated.

System and point communication was created for different formats and different users. For greater accessibility, the process of working from the inside was shown.

About the “state in a smartphone”

The presidential adviser notes that the most important goal in his work is to identify ways and mechanisms to accelerate the implementation of the “state in a smartphone” project.

He plans to create a technologically advanced and user-friendly e-government.

To do this, he wants to implement the idea of a “single window”. It will give citizens one web address where all available services will be collected. For ease of use, it is planned to create a unified authorization and identification system.

According to Mikhail, Ukrainians will be able to find the data they need in the national catalog of services with just two clicks on the site . Citizens log in once and enter their data once, which will not be lost.

The presidential adviser plans to make it possible to hold elections and a referendum using a mobile phone.

About Lift

On May 28, a program for startups and original ideas called Lift was launched in beta. On the site, you can leave your own resume and share the idea of your startup.

In less than a day, almost half a thousand ideas were sent to the site. Mikhail Fedorov said that the portal was created with the help of volunteers and no budget money was spent on its launch.

In his opinion, it would be ideal if Lift becomes a state personnel reserve, and projects will be on the balance of the state in the future.
