Movere

Movere - previously known as Unified Logic - is a company that offers cloud migration data analytics software. The company was founded in 2008 by Andrew Ireland and Kristin Ireland. It was originally a consulting company before developing its own cloud migration solution in 2014. It was acquired by Microsoft in September 2019, and is now part of Microsoft Azure. Movere is headquartered in Bellevue, Washington, United States.

Movere offers its enterprise customers a way to monitor its current IT environment across devices, users, and systems to ensure that the information regarding these is up-to-date. The information scope includes those related to software licenses, cloud data migration, user access level, as well as server data on-premises. Because of its cloud capabilities, Movere is able to report on IT environment statuses for enterprise with multiple locations worldwide. Based on these data, Movere can provide recommendations on whether to use server-side or cloud-based applications according to real-time usage data and cost considerations.
