MA Financial Group (previously Moelis Australia) is a financial services company offering asset management, corporate advisory, and equities. The group is headquartered in Sydney, New South Wales, and was founded in 2009 by Andrew Pridham, Julian Biggins, and Chris Wyke. The company has additional offices in Melbourne, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore, and New York City.

MA Financial Group specializes in providing strategic and financial advice regarding real estate, mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, initial public offerings, debt advisory, and restructuring and recapitalizations. The asset management division launched in 2013 and has over $3.9 billion in assets under its management (as of October 2019). The firm specializes in asset management for real estate, credit, private equity, and venture growth.

MA Financial Group offers lending services, with borrowing solutions for individuals and businesses, including real estate loans, global credit and financing solutions, working capital and growth funding, and specialist legal funding. And the firm offers corporate advisory and equities services through its partnership with Moelis & Company. This includes financial advice for clients across mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory, equity and debt capital markets, capital structure advisory, and equities research and trading.

The firm was originally partnered with NYSE-listed global investment bank Moelis & Company in a 50:50 joint venture to provide guidance with cross-border transactions and strategic advice. According to the company's website (as of October 2019), they have strategically managed over $100 billion worth of transactions. The company rebranded to Moelis Australia and listed on the Australia Securities Exchange (ASX) in 2017, and in 2021 again changed its name to MA Financial Group in order to better reflect the broadening of the business activity since the founding of the company as an investment banking partnership with Moelis & Company.
