Current geographic and logistical restrictions limit cadaveric TCCC-MP training resulting in reliance on PowerPoint slides, videos, and manikin type simulators. These static and unrealistic training tools often hinder learning proficiency and suppress tactile assessment skills which are vital to saving lives in the field. Link to Learn will adapt their current non-defense commercial solution to bring a multi mission, mobile cadaveric training and support team directly to the military end-user; scaled in any capacity to meet specific training needs & mission requirements. This unique combination of cadaveric training and multi-mission modularity will enhance tactile ability, build muscle memory, and retain the skills knowledge required to obtain advanced TCCC-MP mastery. Phase II Research/Research and Development (R/R&D) will increase access to bio-skill training opportunities and modernize the cadaveric model. Link to Learn will create a multi-mission mobile cadaveric training and support capability that will deliver the most realistic learning canvases available by introducing pulsatile flow, haptic feedback, and a proprietary soft embalming process that improves on current soft embalming methods and retains life-like tissue qualities for extended periods of time. By blending cadaveric training with enhancements to further add to the realism of the training experience, Link to Learn’s solution bridges the gap between knowledge acquisition and knowledge application.
