Linda McCartney (born Linda Louise Eastman, September 24, 1941- April 17, 1998) was an American photographer, musician, keyboardist, and songwriter. She was born in New York City and was a citizen of the United States. Linda was educated at Scarsdale High School and her father was Lee Eastman.
Linda McCartney gained fame as a pop rock artist and was the founder of Linda McCartney Foods. She was the mother of four children - Stella McCartney, Heather McCartney, Mary McCartney, and James McCartney.
Linda passed away on April 17, 1998, in Tucson, Arizona.
