In 2007 he graduated from the State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education "Kuban State Technological University" with a degree in mechanical engineering technology, qualification - engineer. In 2014, he graduated from the Russian State Social University with a degree in state and municipal administration, qualification - Master.
From April 1989 to June 1990, he worked as a turner in the mechanical repair shop of the Armavir Instrument-Making Plant. From June 1990 to April 1991, he served in the Soviet Army. From June 1991 to August 1997, he worked as a master of the mechanical section of the Armavir Experimental Machine-Building Plant. From August 1997 to July 2006, he worked as a master of the DCS; chief engineer of the MUPP "Zhilkhoz"; director of the MUPP "Zhilkhoz".
