Jon Secada

Jon Secada (born October 4, 1961) is a Cuban-American musician, composer, and songwriter. He was born in Havana, Cuba and currently resides in Miami, United States. Secada holds Cuban and American nationality.

Educated at the University of Miami and Hialeah High School, Secada also studied at the Frost School of Music. His musical genres include Latin pop, pop music, reggae, and ballade (classical music).

Throughout his career, Jon Secada has received various awards, including Grammy Awards and the prestigious Grammy Award for Best Latin Pop Album.
