John Kendrew

John Kendrew was a British biochemist and chemist born in Oxford on March 24, 1917 . He held citizenship in both the United Kingdom and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland . Kendrew was educated at Dragon School, Clifton College, Trinity College at the University of Cambridge, and the University of Cambridge .

He worked as a biochemist and chemist during his career . Kendrew's doctoral advisor was Max Perutz , and one of his doctoral students was Hugh Huxley . In 1962, Kendrew received the Nobel Prize in Chemistry .
