JD Health is a company that operates an online medical platform, which includes pharmaceutical e-commerce and online telemedicine platform. It is a subsidiary of JD.com, and receives funding from Baring Private Equity Asia, China International Health Corporate, and CITIC Capital in 2019 for its Series A round. The company has been in operations since 2013. JD Health is headquartered in Beijing, China.

JD Health's platform sells a variety of healthcare products - such as medicines, health equipment, herbal and supplements, sexual and reproductive products, health services package. These products are available for retail and wholesale customers, and delivery is provided for 25 of China's 31 provinces. JD Health's online medical consultation is conducted by medical doctors serving China's Tier-3 hospitals, though the platform itself is accessible both for China-based and overseas users. As of March 2020, this service is still provided free of charge.
