Hydrazine (N2H4): secondary token

Members can receive hydrazine (N2H4) when staking STARS. Hydrazine is needed for direct distribution access. StarLaunch's two-token deflationary model will encourage participants to be more careful about the IDOs they will support.

StarLaunch also allows users to sell collected hydrazine to users who wish to participate in IDO.
