Hashed is a venture capital firm in Seoul that focuses on technology. Founded 2017 in Seoul, South Korea by Alex Shin, Hwisang Kim, Jinwoo Park, Kyuntae Ethan Kim, Ryan Kim, and Seojoon Kim, it invests in early stage ventures, initial coin offerings, seed, series A, and other ventures. Its portfolio companies include Sky Mavis, Axie Infinity, Mythical Games, and Vega Protocol. As of March 2020, Hashed has made 30 investments. Their most recent investment was on November 8, 2019, when Sky Mavis raised $1.5M. Hashed has had one exit, which was Animoca Brands. Hashed operates Hashed Lounge--a blockchain meetup group; Hashed Post--a cryptocurrency blog interviewing founders and thought leaders; and Hashed Night--a conference, events, and networking brand.
