Globus Bank

OJSC CB "Globus" was registered by the National Bank of Ukraine on November 29, 2007. Certificate of registration №320. License №240, issued by the National Bank of Ukraine on January 29, 2008.

In March 2011 OJSC "CB" GLOBUS "was renamed the PUBLIC SHAREHOLDER COMMERCIAL BANK "GLOBUS" License № 240, issued by the National Bank of Ukraine on March 11,

2011. In October 2011 in connection with amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Banks and Banking" PJSC CB "GLOBUS" received a new banking License for the right to provide banking services and the General License for foreign exchange transactions . License № 240, issued by the National Bank of Ukraine on October 26, 2011.

On December 28, 2018, the type of the Bank's joint-stock company was changed (from public to private), and the name of the Bank was changed. license. License № 240, issued by the National Bank of Ukraine on January 21, 2019.

Since its establishment, the Bank has been constantly and dynamically developing. The Bank's regional network consists of 30 branches. As of December 31, 2018, JSC CB GLOBUS has established correspondent relations with banks 9, including one non-resident bank (JSC Belinvestbank, Minsk, Belarus).
