The bank is also involved in projects related to the supply of Russian gas to Asian countries.
Bank development programs
Transformation Program "Human Capital Management" is a program to prepare bank employees for work in a digital organization, which the Bank plans to become. The goal of the program is to create an understanding among employees that they have every opportunity to realize their abilities for the benefit of the organization and their own development, as well as to create the necessary tools for the implementation and development of such abilities.
To attract young professionals, frontend development schools, digital lectures and "Techno Camp" were created. Gazprombank traditionally strives to create optimal conditions for efficient work of its employees.
"Green" investments . In 2019, Gazprombank invested in Gazprom Gazomotornoye Toplivo LLC, which was working to create infrastructure for the development of the gas engine fuel market in the Russian Federation. This is due to the fact that the emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere reaches a large amount. Natural gas is a cleaner fuel than petrol or diesel.
Support for vulnerable sections of society. The main objective of the project is to support orphans, so the bank has been a donor to the Interregional Charitable Public Organization "Children's Villages - SOS" for a long time. About 400 children live in such villages. The Bank takes part in the construction of family houses for children and annually provides financial assistance. During this period, the bank helped in the purchase of new medical equipment, sports equipment, furniture and necessary things for the development of children.
Technology and innovation. Gazprombank, together with the FinTech Association and the Central Bank, was one of the first in Russia to launch a decentralized depository system (DDS) for accounting for mortgages using blockchain technology. This system greatly facilitates the work with electronic mortgages, as the use of a large number of paper carriers is stopped.
