Fusion Energy Solutions of Hawaii is a company developing the Deluze fusion reactor. The company was founded by Dr James Robert Deluze in 1998 and is based on the island of Oahu, Hawaii.

The reactor utilizes axially and radially concentric alternating current particle accelerators. Fusion reactive gases are ionized, and then accelerated to a target with fusion reactive velocities. The reacting mass is then disassembled and ions converted back to neutral gas. Waste gas is extracted, and new fuel gases injected. These processes cycle continuously at the AC drive frequency.
