What is Flexiton?
Flexciton is a London-based software company creating a product that can plan and schedule within a manufacturing context.
The company utilizes artificial technology and optimization techniques in its software with the intended result of increased efficiency and decrease in cost for its manufacturing clients.Flexciton clients can enter their real-time data into the platform. The client is presented with Flexciton's application programming interface, which filters the clients data so that correlations and relationships between fracturing events can be determined, if any at all.
The software creates a digital copy of the client's factory and/or operation after which the client is prompted to enter crucial data, such as demands, maintenance plans, and resources. From this information the software creates an optimal scheduling solution as well as a maintenance solution. Flexciton also has features such as key performance indicator tracking and efficiency monitoring. This data can then be shared to relevant staff of the client, such as analysts, plant managers, and maintenance managers.
