Denis Matsuev

Denis Matsuev, also known as Denis Leonidovich Matsuyev , is a Russian pianist born on June 11, 1975, in Irkutsk . He holds citizenship in both Russia and the former Soviet Union . Matsuev is a performer of classical music and studied at the renowned Moscow Conservatory .

Throughout his career, Matsuev has been recognized with several prestigious awards, including People's Artist of the Russian Federation , Merited Artist of the Russian Federation , and the State Prize of the Russian Federation .
