DN Capital

Founded by Nenad Marovac and Steve Schlenker in 2000, DN Capital is an early-stage venture capital firm. The firm funds startups in various industries, such as financial technology, digital health, and eCommerce. DN Capital specializes in early stage, series A, series B, as well as growth stage and growth capital investments. The firm primarily funds only European and North American startups. As of February 2019, DN Capital has invested in 90 companies, and sold their stakes in 23 of them. DN Capital's main office is in London, but it also operates from Berlin and San Francisco.

DN Capital has won several awards, such as the Best Venture Fund of the Year at the 7th annual Private Equity Exchange Awards in Paris in 2016. Within the same year, Nenad Marovac was also awarded the Investor of the Year award at the 14th annual Investor Allstars Awards in London.

As of January 2018, DN Capital has raised €430 million from four funding series. Its first funding series was in June 2001, generating €47.5 million. The same amount was garnered in the second funding series held in January 2008. By the third funding series in September 2014, the firm succeeded in raising €144 million. Its latest funding round, which was in January 2018, reached €200 million.
