Charlie Rich

Charlie Rich (1932-1995) was an American musician, pianist, singer-songwriter, and soldier known for his work in a wide range of genres, including pop music, gospel music, Nashville sound, rockabilly, northern soul, blue-eyed soul, country pop, country music, and jazz. Born in Colt, Arkansas, and educated at Arkansas State University, Rich held several occupations throughout his life. He received various awards for his work in the music industry, including American Music Awards.

During his music career, Charlie Rich was known by the nickname "Silver Fox". In addition to his music career, Rich also served as a soldier. He passed away in Hammond, Louisiana, in 1995.
