CerTest Biotec is a supplier to in vitro diagnostic (IVD) companies and can produce and manufacture products such as monoclonal antibodies, recombinant and native antigens, molecular enzymes, and mRNA synthesis enzymes. IVD companies can also utilize products from the company to develop tests related to infectious diseases and the detection of other illnesses.

Rapid tests are also produced by the company and are intended to be used without laboratory equipment for quick results. These rapid tests can be used for COVID-19 and influenza detection. The company also offers Turbilatex, a high-sensitivity test to detect antigens in the body, and VIASURE, which provides everything needed for a molecular diagnostic workflow, such as the testing kit and labs.CerTest Biotec also has a line called CLIA, which stands for chemiluminescence reagents, and these products can diagnose infectious diseases in human samples.

In spring 2022, the monkeypox virus began spreading globally, and by July 2022, the World Health Organization declared it a global emergency. CerTest Biotec partnered with Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) to develop a molecular diagnostic test for monkeypox. The test is available through the aforementioned VIASURE line, and it is a Monkeypox real-time PCR detection kit. It is designed for the qualitative identification of DNA from the monkeypox virus when it is present in the serum, vesicle/cutaneous-skin fluid, fluid from wounds, and swab wounds of people who have the virus. The test is available to healthcare providers and takes 120 minutes to get results.
